Refund policy

Since we are a small business, we Only Offer Store Credit For Returns. 

  • Merchandise purchased in-store must be returned within 14 days from time of fulfillment
  • Merchandise purchased online must be returned within 21 days from time of fulfillment

Merchandise not eligible for returns: Sale Items, Gift Cards, Footwear, Swimwear, Jewelry, Accessories: including Hats, Sunglasses, Bralettes, Handbags, and Knick-Knacks.

Exchanges:

If you would like a change in size for the same product, we will be happy to take care of that for you if the preferred item is in stock, and previously purchased item/s still have the tags and show no signs of wear and tear. It's a super quick, easy and user friendly process!

At Identity Boutique, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, you may wish to exchange a purchase. To facilitate this process, please review our boutique exchange policy outlined below:

Exchange Eligibility:

  1. Eligible Items: You may exchange items purchased from Identity within of the original purchase date.

  2. Conditions: Items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags and labels intact.

Exchange Process:

  1. Visit or Email the Boutique: To initiate an exchange, please contact us.

  2. Proof of Purchase: You must present a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, at the time of the exchange.

  3. Restocking Fee: All exchanges are subject to a non-refundable restocking fee of $5 per item. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the returned item. Items that weigh over 4 lbs, such as boots and heavy pieces, are subject to a $10 restocking fee. 

  4. Exchange Options: Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, you may choose from the following exchange options:

    • Exchange for an item of equal or lesser value: You will be responsible for any price difference if the new item costs more than the exchanged item.
    • Store credit: We can issue a store credit for the value of the returned item, minus the $5 restocking fee, which can be used for future purchases.

Non-Eligible Items:

The following items are non-exchangeable:

  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after purchase.
  • Items not in their original condition, including missing tags or labels.

Additional Notes:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return and exchange without incurring a restocking fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
